Check out our team’s best 2025 book recommendations this month!
Our team loves diving into new reads! We’re sharing our favorite book recommendations right now, and there’s something to inspire every kind of literary adventure!
Here are our team’s top book recommendations for June:
1. Adam had no prior interest in Disney but ended up obsessed with this book.
“I recently read this book and thought it was amazing! Bob Iger is the one who did HUGE things for Disney (Launching Disney+, buying Pixar from Steve Jobs, working with George Lucas on acquiring the Star Wars franchise, and more – some of the biggest moves in recent business). It was really interesting to hear all the details in a very candid way. I couldn’t get enough of it and had no prior major interest in Disney or anything before reading!” – Adam
2. Elizabeth enjoyed this romance novel and liked that it skipped the cringey details.
The Crimson Moth – $11.22
“The Crimson Moth was the first romance-fantasy type book I’ve read, and I really enjoyed it! There was a good balance of action and romance without some of the cringeworthy parts that sometimes are in romance books.” – Elizabeth
3. Elizabeth also read the second book in the series, which recently came out.
Rebel Witch – $12.73
“The second book of the series, Rebel Witch, came out recently, and I also really enjoyed it. It ties up everything from the first book, and it was a really good ending to the storyline. Both are pretty short reads as well.” – Elizabeth
4. If you’re looking for an emotional read, Elizabeth is nearly finished with this memoir.
Crying in H Mart: A Memoir – $9.85
“I’m almost finished with Crying in H-Mart, which has had me crying at the pool when I read it there. It’s a very touching memoir, and I really like how descriptive the writing is; all the small details from her memories make it feel very immersive.” – Elizabeth
5. Bryn read this book after her daughter recommended it.
“It is SO GOOD and so interesting! It’s a historical fiction novel based on the life of the Post Cereal heiress, and it has everything, including romance and drama. Highly recommend!” – Bryn
6. Krystal said if you are into all things serial killer and suspense, this book is it.
The Butterfly Garden – $9.60
“Read it within a week. Could not put it down. The Butterfly Garden is a dark thriller about a creepy guy who kidnaps young women and keeps them in a secret garden. He tattoos butterfly wings on their backs and calls them his “butterflies.” The story follows Maya, one of the victims, as she tells the FBI what really went down inside the garden. It’s intense, full of secrets, and definitely keeps you guessing.” – Krystal
